in highschool i was: slow to start assignments and waited til the last-minute. i did not look to do my best, i looked to get by. i didnt bother asking for help or insight from my teachers. i wanted to do everything on my own.
in college, now, i start assignments on time and in advance. i look for advise from my professors. i work with other students on ways to affectively increase my writing skills. i have become a master of blogs. i do my homework, most the time.
both transitions and especially english 101 have helped me develope skills and a new mindset towards school that i did not have before. the cohort helped me creat relationships with the students in class.
